Modern Slavery Statement
This Modern Slavery Statement sets out our zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of modern slavery, including forced labour, human trafficking, debt bondage, child labour, and any practice that deprives a person of freedom or dignity. We are committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly, and we expect the same from everyone who works with us or on our behalf.
Our approach is grounded in respect for human rights, transparency, and accountability. We recognise that modern slavery can exist in complex supply chains, and we therefore apply robust prevention measures across our operations. This statement reflects our ongoing commitment to identifying risk, strengthening controls, and continuously improving our response to slavery and trafficking concerns.
We do not accept any form of exploitation in our business or supply chain. Our anti-slavery framework is supported by internal policies, due diligence checks, and management oversight. Where issues are identified, we take immediate action to investigate, remediate, and, if necessary, end the relationship with the relevant party.
We require suppliers, contractors, and business partners to comply with applicable labour standards and to uphold the principles set out in our ethical sourcing requirements. As part of our modern slavery compliance process, supplier onboarding includes risk-based screening and contractual commitments against forced labour and trafficking.
Supplier audits are a key part of our control environment. These audits may be announced or unannounced, and they focus on working hours, wage practices, recruitment fees, document retention, and the treatment of workers. Where gaps are found, suppliers must provide corrective action plans, and progress is monitored until issues are resolved.
We also assess higher-risk categories, including geographic risk, labour-intensive services, subcontracting, and the use of migrant workers. Our supplier audit programme is reviewed periodically to ensure it remains effective and proportionate to the risks present in our operations and supply chain.
Reporting channels are available for employees, workers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to raise concerns about suspected modern slavery or unethical labour practices. Reports may be made confidentially and in good faith, and all concerns are treated seriously, investigated promptly, and handled with appropriate discretion.
We prohibit retaliation against any person who reports a concern or participates in an investigation. Our reporting arrangements are intended to ensure that issues can be raised safely, whether they relate to recruitment practices, working conditions, passport retention, coercion, or other indicators of exploitation.
Our governance structure assigns clear responsibility for overseeing the modern slavery statement, including review of incidents, supplier performance, and remediation activity. Senior leadership receives updates on material risks and actions taken, helping to ensure that anti-slavery controls remain effective and integrated into decision-making.
We conduct an annual review of this statement and of the measures that support it. The review considers changes in legislation, emerging risk patterns, audit outcomes, complaints, training completion, and any corrective actions taken during the year. This process helps us evaluate whether our response remains fit for purpose.
Training is provided to relevant employees to help them recognise indicators of exploitation and understand how to escalate concerns. We also work to embed awareness of modern slavery risks into procurement, supplier management, and operational oversight so that prevention is part of everyday practice rather than a one-time exercise.
Where our assessments indicate that a supplier is unwilling or unable to address serious concerns, we will take decisive steps in line with our zero-tolerance policy. Our aim is not only to comply with legal obligations, but to contribute to the prevention of abuse and the protection of vulnerable people throughout our value chain.
Commitment to Continuous Improvement
We acknowledge that the risk of modern slavery can never be eliminated entirely, but it can be reduced through vigilance, strong governance, and consistent action. Accordingly, we will continue to strengthen our controls, expand due diligence, and improve the effectiveness of our supplier audits and reporting mechanisms.
We remain committed to transparency, ethical conduct, and the protection of human rights in all areas of our business. This Modern Slavery Statement represents our current position and our determination to maintain high standards as we grow and adapt.
